If I really had the time...

I would go back to school....Crochet School that is. Although this is something I should make time for. It is something I have always wanted to learn. I always see so many pretty things and wished I could make them. So I'm glad this is avaliable! Now let's see how long it will actually take me to get through it!

Quick and Easy Apple Cinnamon Coffee Cake

Apple Cinnamon Wheat Coffee Cake

2 packages of Hungry Jack Apple Cinnamon Wheat Pancake Mix

1/3 c. Sugar

1/2 c. Water

1/2 c. Sour Cream

1/2 tsp Vanilla

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.Mix pancake mix and sugar together. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well. Spray 8 inch pan and add mixture to the pan.

1/4 c. Sugar

1 tsp. Cinnamon

Mix together and sprinkle over top of mixture. Bake for about 25 minutes. 

I know if I had just made the pancakes...the girls wouldn't be interested in it. I think it turned out rather well....it's almost half gone!

No Resolution...just a plan.

No resolutions this year. They never work out. No list of things we want to do, we never end up sticking to it.  BUT....there is one thing I do plan on doing. Reading through my whole Bible in one year. Thanks to out Pastor for giving us a print out of this....Bible Plan
