Good things!!!

Hubby has an "interview" tomorrow. We are pretty sure he has it, but good thoughts and prayers are greatly apprieciated! I think I'm more nervous than he is!

Snow!!!

I heard today that we have gotten so far since Saturday....31.3 inches of snow! And yes, it is still
snowing!! It's coming in off of Lake Ontario....sometimes a rare occurance because we typically get it from Lake Erie. Buffalo is famous for it's lake effect snow....but I live about 20 miles north of Buffalo and while they get hammered we get nothing. Not this time....we are getting the brunt of it all. Hey, as long as they keep the roads cleared....I'm good with it! This photo was taking just before I left work today, the sun came out breifly and it left a really neat glow in the air.

And for fun today we made snow angels on the front lawn at work!

Really glad it's over. I would love to wake up tomorrow and it be a bright and shiny new day. But then reality will set in. I would love to say that this has been one hell of a year, but if was rough, just like years before. Yes, there was good moments.....but there should of been more. We all get so caught up in life. Things we have no power to change. With the New Year I should have a big ole list of resolutions. But I don't because I never stick to them. Instead I'm just going to take one day at a time and be thankful for what I have, what we have, not dwell on the past and live life...as it comes! Happy New Year!
